Home Made Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the salad ingredients.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled as a side dish or enjoy on its own.
