Home Made Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the salad ingredients.
  3. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chilled as a side dish or enjoy on its own.
