Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, and powdered erythritol.

  3. Add Butter: Once the mixture is heated through and the erythritol is mostly dissolved, add the unsalted butter. Stir until the butter is fully melted and incorporated.

  6. Store: Transfer the keto condensed milk to a jar or airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. It should keep for about 1-2 weeks.
