High-Protein Keto Stir-Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup bell peppers, sliced
- ½ cup zucchini or green beans
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Keto Stir-Fry Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes (skip if you want mild)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and stir-fry for 4–6 minutes until fully cooked and lightly golden. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Pour in the sauce and toss everything together. Cook 1–2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Extra Protein Boost (Optional)
- Add ½ cup egg whites at the end and scramble into the stir-fry
- Use chicken thigh + breast mix for flavor + protein
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds before serving
