High protein Stir-Fried Keto Chicken

High-Protein Keto Stir-Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup zucchini or green beans
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)

Keto Stir-Fry Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes (skip if you want mild)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken slices and stir-fry for 4–6 minutes until fully cooked and lightly golden. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the pan.
  6. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together. Cook 1–2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Extra Protein Boost (Optional)

  • Add ½ cup egg whites at the end and scramble into the stir-fry
  • Use chicken thigh + breast mix for flavor + protein
  • Sprinkle with hemp seeds before serving
