  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (~2โ€“3 lemons)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1โ€“2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit)
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla whey/plant protein powder
  • Ice cubes

Optional: fresh mint or basil for garnish

  1. Blend the Base
    • In a blender, combine cucumber slices, lemon juice, water, and sweetener.
    • Blend until smooth.
  2. Add Protein
    • Pour the mixture into a shaker or blender.
    • Add protein powder and blend again until fully dissolved.
  3. Serve
    • Pour over ice.
    • Garnish with mint or cucumber slices.
    • Chill for 10 minutes for extra refreshment (optional).
