- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (regular or light, thawed)
- 1 box (3.4 oz) sugar-free instant pudding mix
(vanilla, cheesecake, or chocolate work great) - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or full-fat)
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
π Optional boost:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or casein, optional but adds protein)
πͺ Instructions
- Mix pudding + yogurt
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with Greek yogurt until smooth and thick.
- Add vanilla & protein (optional)
- Stir in vanilla extract and protein powder if using.
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Gently fold Cool Whip into the mixture until light and fluffy.
- Donβt overmix β keep it airy!
- Chill
- Refrigerate 15β30 minutes for best frosting texture.
