High-Protein Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients

  • 700 g (1.5 lb) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 200 g (7 oz) lean deli ham, diced
  • 200 g (2 cups) reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100 g (1 cup) reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 225 g (8 oz) low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 240 g (1 cup) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for topping)
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chicken, ham, half the mozzarella, and half the Swiss cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan on top if using.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
