  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and grated or mashed

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Β½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, chives)

  1. Preheat oven
