High-Protein Cheddar Ranch Crack Dip

Ingredients

  • Plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or 2%) – 1½ cups
  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup (sharp cheddar works best)
  • Ranch seasoning mix – 2 tablespoons (or to taste)
  • Green onions – 3, finely sliced
  • Cracked black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend base for smoothness
    Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Mix dip
    In a large bowl, combine:
    • Greek yogurt
    • Blended cottage cheese
    • Ranch seasoning
    • Black pepper and garlic powder
    Stir until fully combined.
  3. Fold in mix-ins
    Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop (recommended but optional).
  5. Serve
    Stir before serving and enjoy.
