Ingredients
- Plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or 2%) – 1½ cups
- Low-fat cottage cheese – 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup (sharp cheddar works best)
- Ranch seasoning mix – 2 tablespoons (or to taste)
- Green onions – 3, finely sliced
- Cracked black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon (optional)
Instructions
- Blend base for smoothness
Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. - Mix dip
In a large bowl, combine:- Greek yogurt
- Blended cottage cheese
- Ranch seasoning
- Black pepper and garlic powder
- Fold in mix-ins
Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions. - Chill
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop (recommended but optional). - Serve
Stir before serving and enjoy.
