- 1 large egg
- Β½ cup low-fat shredded mozzarella
(or fat-free for higher protein) - 1 tbsp unflavored protein powder (optional but boosts protein)
- Β½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
Burger
- 4β5 oz lean ground beef (93%), turkey, or chicken
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 slice reduced-fat cheese (optional)
Toppings (optional)
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Pickles
- Sugar-free ketchup or mustard
- Greek yogurt mixed with ketchup (high-protein βspecial sauceβ)

1. Make the chaffles
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Mix egg, cheese, protein powder (if using), baking powder, and salt.
- Pour half the batter into waffle maker.
- Cook 3β4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat for second chaffle.
2. Cook the burger
- Form meat into a patty.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Cook in a pan over medium heat 3β4 minutes per side
(or until fully cooked). - Add cheese slice during last minute if using.
3. Assemble
