Herbed Chicken & Vegetable Skillet Recipe:
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Butter
4 (5-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup water
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts)
How to make
- STEP 1Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken strips, salt, thyme leaves and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add water and vegetable combination. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
- STEP 2Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
