Healthy ‘fried’ chicken

Part of the reason we got an air fryer was to make the food we love with less calories. This is one of the biggest successes so far..Take a chicken breast, batter it out (hit it with something) so it’s around half an inch thick.Roll in seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg/breadcrumb stage if you want an extra crunchy coating.Spray with a little oil and cook for 14 minutes on air fry at 200°c (390°f) turning half way.Tastes practically the same as fried only with way less calories/fat.Enjoy.
