Ingredients:

  • 3 courgettes
  • 200g of sour cream
  • 150g of grated cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • Sel et poivre
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Hat (optional)

  • Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Wash the zucchini and cut them into pieces. Make your reservations.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Bring them back until they are slightly golden.
  4. Place the zucchini pods in the skillet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until just tender. Salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. In a large bowl, beat eggs with sour cream. Add grated cheese and mix well.
  6. Incorporate the cooked zucchini into the creamy mixture. Mix to coat the vegetables well.
  7. Pour it all in a gratin dish. Sprinkle some hatchet for a crispy crust if you wish.
  8. Bake and let cook for 25-30 minutes, until gratin is golden brown and well coated.
