Grandma’s Zucchini Gratin🥒🧀✨
Ingredients:
- 3 courgettes
- 200g of sour cream
- 150g of grated cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- Sel et poivre
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Hat (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Wash the zucchini and cut them into pieces. Make your reservations.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Bring them back until they are slightly golden.
- Place the zucchini pods in the skillet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until just tender. Salt and pepper to your liking.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs with sour cream. Add grated cheese and mix well.
- Incorporate the cooked zucchini into the creamy mixture. Mix to coat the vegetables well.
- Pour it all in a gratin dish. Sprinkle some hatchet for a crispy crust if you wish.
- Bake and let cook for 25-30 minutes, until gratin is golden brown and well coated.
