Instructions:
Prep the Cauliflower: Cut cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets. Boil or steam until tender but not mushy (about 5-7 minutes). Drain well and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth.
Get Cheesy: Slowly add in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
