1. Preheat and Prepare Pans

  • Grease and line one 8-inch round cake pan (or two for layers) with parchment paper.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

3. Beat Eggs and Sugar

In a separate bowl, beat:

  • 4 eggs + 1 cup sugar
