Fluffy Condensed Milk Dinner Rolls

Full Recipe :
Ingredients:
– 3 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon of instant yeast
– 1 cup of warm water
– ½ cup of condensed milk
– 1 egg
– 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add the condensed milk, melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
3. Gradually add in the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal-sized pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking pan.
7. Cover the pan with a kitchen towel and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
9. Brush the rolls with melted butter before serving. Enjoy!
Tips:
– Make sure the water is not too hot or it will kill the yeast.
– You can brush the rolls with honey for added sweetness.
– These rolls are best served warm with a pat of butter.
