Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ Cup Sugar (Add Gradually)
- ½ Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp White & Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Beat 2 eggs with vanilla essence for 1 minute.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until dissolved.
- Add oil and mix well.
- Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add to the egg mixture along with milk and mix into a smooth batter.
- Add chocolate chips and fold gently.
- Grease a 7-inch mould with oil, place baking paper, and pour the batter.
- Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Pre-heat a pan with a wire stand for 5–7 minutes.
- Place the mould, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool slightly, cut into slices, and serve!
