🧾 Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (breast = higher protein)
1 cup Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream for more protein)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup black beans (optional, adds fiber + protein)
1 cup corn (optional, skip for lower carbs)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup salsa (your favorite)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Optional toppings:

Fresh cilantro
Jalapeños
Avocado slices
🔥 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix:
Shredded chicken
Greek yogurt
Salsa
Taco seasoning
Garlic, onion, spices
Stir in beans, corn (if using), and half the cheese.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, then add fresh toppings.
