EASY FREEZY ORANGE CREAMSICLES

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (for a dairy-free option)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, vanilla yogurt, heavy cream (or coconut milk), honey (or sugar), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sugar.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use small paper cups and insert popsicle sticks or plastic spoons as handles.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Unmold and Serve: To easily remove the creamsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull out the creamsicles and enjoy!
Tips
- For a twist, you can add a bit of orange zest to the mixture for extra flavor.
- To make layered creamsicles, fill the molds halfway with the mixture, freeze until slightly firm, then add another layer of plain orange juice or yogurt and freeze again.
