EASY FREEZY ORANGE CREAMSICLES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (for a dairy-free option)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients:
  2. In a blender, combine the orange juice, vanilla yogurt, heavy cream (or coconut milk), honey (or sugar), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sugar.
  4. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use small paper cups and insert popsicle sticks or plastic spoons as handles.
  5. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Unmold and Serve: To easily remove the creamsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull out the creamsicles and enjoy!
