Easy Cheesy Baked Egg Delight for One

Ingredients 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Grease two ramekins with butter or oil, then pour in the egg mixture.
  • Bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes, until the eggs are browned and puffed up.

Notes

  • Keep in mind that all ovens are different. The first time you make this recipe, it’s a good idea to check the eggs a few minutes early to gauge how quickly they cook in your oven.
  • If you enjoy a bit of heat, a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes can add a nice zing to the dish.
  • For a crispy cheese crust, place the baked eggs under the broiler for a minute or two at the end of the cooking time. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
