Dumpling mold


A dish for dumpling lovers that is a bit like lasagna.

  • 500 g dumplings
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dl sour cream
  • 2 dl milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 75 g grated cheese

Chop the onion and chop the bell pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables for a few minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.

Grease a baking dish with fat and place the frozen dumplings in it. Whisk together the milk, eggs and sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Spread the onion and paprika on top of the dumplings and pour the egg-milk-cream mixture over everything. Then grate the cheese (you can also add it halfway through cooking).

Bake in a 200 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Let stand a little before serving.
