Ingredients (3–4)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)

How

  1. Mash strawberries slightly.
  2. Mix with yogurt + sweetener.
  3. Chill 10 minutes and enjoy 😋

Option 2: Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries
  • Stevia (optional)

Mix, chill 2–3 hours.
