- Chaffles (waffle-style cheese + egg bread)

- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin, ribeye, or shaved steak)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- Optional: sliced green peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6β8 slices provolone cheese
(or American cheese if you want classic)

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onions (and peppers if using). Cook until soft and lightly caramelized.
- Push veggies aside, add beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until beef is just done β donβt overcook.
- Lay cheese slices over the meat, cover, and let melt.
- Scoop into your low-carb bread substitute of choice.
