Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites (extra protein, less fat)
  • 2 slices turkey bacon or lean ham
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt (small pinch)
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: chopped spinach, tomatoes, or avocado slices

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the bacon

  • Heat a pan on medium heat.
  • Cook turkey bacon or lean ham until lightly crisp.
  • Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Make scrambled eggs

  • Whisk 1 egg + 2 egg whites.
  • Cook in the same pan with ½ tsp olive oil.
  • Stir gently until soft and fluffy.

3️⃣ Fry the eggs

  • Add remaining ½ tsp olive oil.
  • Fry 1 whole egg sunny-side up.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper.

4️⃣ Plate the meal

Serve with:

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Fried egg
  • Turkey bacon
  • Optional ½ avocado or sautéed spinach
