  • 500g lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 small zucchini (cubed)
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets (small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella or cheddar
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic, sautรฉ 2โ€“3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  4. Add mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, and bell pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  8. Bake 15โ€“20 minutes until cheese melts and slightly browns.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
