INGREDIENT NOTES:
Bananas:
- The inherent taste of bananas provides sweetness and a hint of banana flavor complements the other items.
Espresso:
- We used espresso to give this ice cream a coffee flavor.
Honey:
- It is an optional choice. You can use it to balance the ice cream flavors.
Vanilla extract:
- I prefer to use coffee extract but vanilla extract will also go well.

- Add the espresso and one tablespoon of honey to a mug.
- Stir it well, then add a small amount of sugar to reduce the bitter flavor of espresso.
