Crispy Vegan Okra Pakora


Ingredients:
2 cups chopped okra
1 cup chickpea flour
2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crunch)
1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
½ cup water (adjust as needed)
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Mix chickpea flour, rice flour, spices, and salt.
Add okra and water, mix until coated.
Heat oil and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and enjoy hot! 🌱✨
