- 2 lb (900 g) potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

1️⃣ Preheat oven
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
