Crispy Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs In The Air Fryer

Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub the lemon pepper seasoning mixture all over the chicken, making sure to coat each thigh evenly.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
- Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the crispy lemon pepper chicken thighs hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
