Creamy chicken macaroni salad Recipe

Ingredients:*

– 400g boneless chicken breast

– 500g elbow macaroni

– 250g Mayonnaise

– 500ml all-purpose cream

– 2 cans pineapple chunks (drained)

– 1 1/2 cups cheese

– 1 small bell pepper(finely chopped)

– 1 cup carrot (finely chopped)

– 1/2 cup raisins

– 1/4 cup sweet relish

– 1/2 cup chopped onion(rinsed)

– salt and pepper

– 3 tbsps condensed milk(optional)

To cook the chicken:

– onion and black pepper and salt

– Water for boiling

*Instructions:*

1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Boil the chicken breast in water with salt,onion and black pepper for 25 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and shred into small pieces.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, carrot, raisins, onion and sweet relish.

4. Add the Mayonnaise and all purpose cream,Toss until well blended.

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
