Creamy Baked Broccoli & Chicken (4 Ingredients, High Protein)
Ingredients (4 main ingredients)
- Chicken breast – 500 g (about 1 lb), diced
- Broccoli florets – 3 cups (fresh or frozen)
- Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat) – 1½ cups
- Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Optional (does not count as ingredients):
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- Cook the chicken
Lightly cook diced chicken in a pan with a little water or oil until just cooked through. - Prepare broccoli
Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender (don’t overcook). - Make it creamy
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. - Assemble
Combine chicken and broccoli, pour yogurt mixture over it, and mix well. - Top with cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top. - Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
