CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE
OLD-FASHIONED CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS.
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 (15-ounce) cans creamed corn
1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn, drained
Heat oven to 350 F.
Whisk the flour and sugar together in a bowl.
Add the salt, paprika and pepper.
Form a well in the dry ingredients.
Pour the butter into the well, and whisk to combine.
Add the eggs one by one, whisking well after each addition, until fully combined.
Fold in the creamed corn and the sweet corn.
Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, until it’s bubbly and browned on top and set in the middle.
