Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Doritos (any flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Chicken: Gently pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. You can also use a sharp knife to create a pocket in each chicken breast for stuffing.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff Chicken: Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture. Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed.
- Coat with Doritos: Place the crushed Doritos in a shallow dish. Roll each stuffed chicken breast in the Doritos crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Cook Through: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks if used.
