CRAB SEAFOOD SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crab meat (imitation or fresh, shredded)
  • ½ cup cooked shrimp (optional, peeled and chopped)
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper (optional for color)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp (if using), cucumber, celery, and bell pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
