CORN CAKE IN BLENDER


Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 condensed milk
1 can of corn without water
1 cup of corn flour
1 spoon of margarine
1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation:
1. In the blender, put all the ingredients and beat them until they are homogeneous.
2. If it sticks to the sides, use a spoon to help loosen it.
3. Grease a mold with butter and flour, pour the cake batter into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (do the toothpick test)
