Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  3. Brush both sides of the cod fillets with olive oil or melted butter. This will help them crisp up nicely in the air fryer.

  5. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping. If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook the fillets in batches.
  6. Cook the cod fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets and the efficiency of your air fryer, so keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking.
  7. Once the cod fillets are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
