Classic Greek street food with seasoned meat

Ingredients

• 1 lb pork shoulder or chicken thighs, thinly sliced

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 tsp oregano

• 1 tsp paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Pita bread, for serving

• Sliced tomatoes, onions, parsley

• Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

➊ Marinate meat with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for 1 hour.

➋ Cook meat in a skillet until browned and cooked through.

➌ Warm pita bread and spread tzatziki on top.

➍ Add meat, tomatoes, onions, and parsley. Fold and serve warm.
