cinnamon coffee cake

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped apple

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan.

Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
