Chickpea salad sandwich

Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
3 tbs vegan mayo
3 tbs tahini
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp mustard
Salt & pepper
1 small clove of garlic minced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 finely chopped Serrano pepper
Mash chickpeas slightly and mix everything together. Bam! Done! Soo good! And you’ll have lunch for a few days.
