Chicken Fillet with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

– 500 g chicken fillets

– 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

– 200 ml whipping cream

– 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tsp chili flakes (to taste)

– 400 g frozen or fresh french fries

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– Salt to taste

– Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Place fries on a baking sheet, season with olive oil and salt, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan, season fillets, and fry for 5-7 minutes per side.

3. Sauté garlic in the pan, then add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, and chili flakes. Stir and season.

4. Add chicken fillets to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5. Serve chicken fillets with sauce on plates, and place french fries beside. Serve hot and enjoy!
