- Β½ cup light cream cheese, softened
- Β½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Β½ tsp onion powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg
Cheese Layer
- 1Β½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella (for meltiness)
Optional Low-Carb Crunch Topping
- Β½ cup crushed pork rinds
or - Β½ cup almond flour + 1 tbsp butter

- Preheat oven

Spread diced chicken evenly in the dish. Sprinkle ham over the top. - Make the sauce
In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, cream cheese, broth, Dijon, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth. - Assemble
Pour sauce over chicken and ham. Toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle Swiss and mozzarella evenly on top. - Add topping (optional)
Sprinkle pork rinds or almond-butter mixture over the cheese. - Bake
