cheesy garlic & parsley biscuits

Biscuit: 2 large eggs, 2tbs cottage cheese or sour cream, 2tbs melted butter, 1C almond flour, ½tsp baking pwdr, ¼tsp pink salt, 1C shredded cheddar cheese
Glaze: 2tbs melted butter, ½tsp garlic pwdr, ½tsp dried parsley, ⅛tsp pink salt.
Instructions:
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400deg. (Line cookie sheet with parchment).
For biscuits: In small bowl whisk the eggs, cottage cheese or sour cream and butter, set aside. In separate bigger bowl whisk almond flour, baking pwdr and salt. Get your wet mixture from smaller bowl and combine it with the dry mix, then add cheddar cheese until well combined. Put dollops of this prepared batter unto sheet, about 2-3tbs each. Bake 12-15min, until golden.
Glaze: in bowl, add butter and stir in the garlic pwdr, parsley and salt. Brush mixture onto warm biscuits (after they are done).
