Cheesy Chicken Fritters Easy Keto Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the Fritters:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and form into a small patty or fritter shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Cook the Fritters:
- Place the fritters in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve:
- Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
