Cheesy Beef Enchiladas in Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1.5 small cans enchilada sauce
  • 12 flour or corn tortillas
    Instructions:
