Cheese Cake

Cheese Cake!

3 large bars of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

5 ounces of Splenda or other sweetener’s (not sugar)

6 eggs (divided)

1 tsp of vanilla

1 pint of sour cream

Crust

any kind of nut I used 6 ounces of chopped walnuts

1 stick of Kerry Gold butter

I would use a tube pan greased with Ghee (this recipes does rise very high) and will spill over a spring pan.

Spread the crust on the bottom of the tube pan with spoon and make even

Cheese Mixture

With a mixer blend the cream cheese and the sugar until as smooth as possible ( it will not be 100% smooth don’t worry about it)

Add egg yolks two at time and blend

add the vanilla to the mixture

add the sour cream

In another bowl beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons of Splenda for other sweetener until stiff

Fold in egg whites into the mixture

Bake at 325 degrees for one hour, shut oven off and let the cake stay in the oven another hour.

Refrigerate before serving.
