Cheddar Ranch Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch seasoning if preferred)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets, ensuring they’re about the same size for even roasting.
- Season the Cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil (or melted butter), ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure all the cauliflower pieces are well coated in the seasoning mixture.
- Roast the Cauliflower:
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown at the edges. Halfway through, you can stir the cauliflower to ensure even roasting.

- After roasting, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the cauliflower. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
