carrot dogs

Throw 6-8 peeled bin length carrots in a marinate of
2 cups of water
1 cup soy or liquid aminos (low sodium if possible)
2 T liquid smoke
2 T maple syrup
2 T A1 steak sauce (yes it’s vegan)
2 T ketchup
1 T Black vinegar
Add 1 tsp of the following seasonings
Mushroom powder
Mustard seeds
Peppercorns
Mace (just a smidge)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Coriander
No Beef bouillon
2 Bay leaves
Let the water come to a boil and then reduce to low medium heat
Add carrots and cover
Cook for forty minutes.
Turn off heat and let sit for ten minutes
