Caramel Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold brew coffee (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or half & half for lighter version)
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel syrup (like Jordan’s Skinny Syrups or homemade)
- 1-2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes
- (Optional) whipped cream (sugar-free) for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cold Brew:
If you don’t have ready-made cold brew, brew strong coffee and chill it. - Mix the Cream:
In a small cup, mix the heavy cream and sugar-free caramel syrup. Stir or lightly whisk until creamy. - Assemble the Drink:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice. Stir in the powdered sweetener if you want it a little sweeter. - Add Caramel Cream:
Slowly pour the caramel cream over the cold brew. It will swirl beautifully through the coffee! - Top (Optional):
Add a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream and drizzle a little extra caramel syrup if you want to treat yourself. - Serve and Enjoy!
