Caramel Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or half & half for lighter version)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel syrup (like Jordan’s Skinny Syrups or homemade)
  • 1-2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • (Optional) whipped cream (sugar-free) for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cold Brew:
    If you don’t have ready-made cold brew, brew strong coffee and chill it.
  2. Mix the Cream:
    In a small cup, mix the heavy cream and sugar-free caramel syrup. Stir or lightly whisk until creamy.
  3. Assemble the Drink:
    Fill a glass with ice. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice. Stir in the powdered sweetener if you want it a little sweeter.
  4. Add Caramel Cream:
    Slowly pour the caramel cream over the cold brew. It will swirl beautifully through the coffee!
  5. Top (Optional):
    Add a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream and drizzle a little extra caramel syrup if you want to treat yourself.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
