Patties-

2 lbs ground beef or turkey

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, & chili powder

2 oz shredded cheese (optional)

I like to just roll these into smaller balls and smash them down with my spatula in a hot pan, but I might just think itโ€™s more fun that way.

Toppings For Bowl-

Mixed greens or lettuce

Bacon

Tomatoes

Pickles

Red onion

Jalapenos

Avocado
