- 1 lb (450g) cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Β½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ΒΌ cup hot sauce (Buffalo style, like Frankβs)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup almond flour or crushed pork rinds (for coating, low carb & adds crunch)
- 2 eggs (beaten, for dredging)
- Cooking oil spray or avocado oil for frying/baking

- Mix filling
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined. - Form balls
Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls (use wet hands to help). - Coat bombs
Dip each ball into beaten eggs, then roll in almond flour or crushed pork rinds to coat completely. - Cook
- Oven method: Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Place bombs on a lined baking sheet, spray lightly with oil, and bake for 20β25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Air fryer method: Cook at 190Β°C (375Β°F) for 12β15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve
Serve with extra Buffalo sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing.
