Buffalo Chicken Folded Wrap.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced, preferably from a rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the Buffalo sauce. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- In the center of each tortilla, spread a layer of ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing).
- Top with the Buffalo chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
- Fold the Wraps:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling. You should end up with a neat, wrapped tortilla.
- Toast (Optional):
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. This step adds a nice crunch and helps melt the cheese.
- Serve:
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with additional ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for dipping if desired.
